- Right-click on the desktop
- Select New
- Select Shortcut
- Paste this into the text box:"c:\program files\google\google talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex(dont miss even a comma)
- Click Next
- Name it whatever: Google Talk Multiple, etc.
- Click OK until you are done
